Tastes good and works great

"I have IBS and Ferosom is one of the best iron supplements I have tried in terms of least amount of negative effects on the stomach and small intestine. I still have troublesome constipation with this product so take it every other day and use a laxative on the "off" days. I haven't been taking it long enough to say anything definitive about my ferritin levels. Currently I'm at 19 and need to get up to 50 to start feeling better and reverse hair loss.
