"I used your sachets and was happy with the taste and had no intestinal problems at all. However as I used a glucose monitor for possible early diabetes I noticed a big spike in blood sugar and noticed it contains maltodextrin which possibly was the culprit. So I have to switch back to the capsules which I hope are better, haven't checked the ingredient list yet."
