"I have been taking Ferosom Forte for about 2 months now and have not had my ferritin levels retested yet as I thought I would do that at after 3 months. I know the build up of iron is slow and gradual so it’s hard for me to tell much difference, but I have not had any adverse affects with this supplement and I love that I can take it whenever is convenient for me. "When first diagnosed with low ferritin, I was told what mineral iron to take. It caused distress. I tried everything I could find all to no avail. During this time, my ferritin levels remained circling the drain or even lower.
