While we do not accept returns, we do offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

That means if you’re not satisfied with our product after trying it, we’ll refund your first order in full, with proof of purchase, within 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to request that you ship us back any unopened product you ordered. Please note this only applies to orders purchased directly through our website; www.ferosomcanada.com.

This 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to new customers who just made their first purchase or an existing subscriber who placed an order for a new product.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

If eligible for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, we will notify you once your refund as been processed. The refund will be made to your original method of payment and may take about 5 business days for your bank to process and post the refund.
